The Business Planner's Tutorial Coaching Package is a guided walk-through all of the steps of the Business Planner's RoadMap™, taking your business concept from idea to implementation. Using the RoadMap as a guide, the Coach will lead you through each step and help you to organize your market research and prove or disprove your business case. All aspects of the business plan are covered, including developing your business concept, building your marketing strategy, planning your business operations, and completing your financial forecasts.

The hours will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. The frequency of the sessions will be determined by the amount of time you have to complete your business plan.

Goals

At the end of this coaching package, you will be able to:

• Determine which steps are necessary for your business plan
• Develop a strategy for completing your market research
• Complete secondary and primary market research for your business idea
• Prove or disprove your business case
• Use the Internet to gather competitive intelligence about your industry and business
• Write and revise the elements of your business plan
• Create a viable, sustainable marketing action plan for your business
• Develop 3-year financial projections for your business, using the Biz4Caster™
• Assemble supporting documentation for your business plan
• Prepare your business plan for presentation to others (financing, investors, etc.)

What you can expect…

Coaching hours will include both on- and off-line time, as negotiated with you at the outset. The Coach will dedicate time to reading any information you forward prior to each call. Email communications, including any questions you might have, are encouraged between calls and are included as part of this Coaching package. It is recommended that you plan for a minimum of two or three sessions per month. You will be responsible to pay for all telephone costs for each call. Depending on your situation, the overall process can be completed in as little as one month; rarely should it take more than three months.
