Dan Boudreau is smiling today, now having hit the Amazon best seller list with his second book RiskBuster: Start or Grow Any Business, Wherever You Are with Whatever You Have, Right Now!
By midmorning on the day of the book launch, RiskBuster had moved to the Amazon’s #1 Best Seller spot in the Home Based category. By mid afternoon on the day of the book launch, RiskBuster had moved to Amazon’s Best Seller list in not one but three categories, appearing on the list of top 50 best selling Entrepreneurship books.
Boudreau says, the face of the publishing industry is evolving at an explosive pace – I think every author hopes their book will market itself, but that is like waiting to win a lottery. The reality is that authors need to take the initiative and do the right things to market the books.”
Boudreau says, “The drive to market the book was successful because of the efforts of many people, who helped to organize the event, the partners who mailed to their lists, and many friends and family who helped to get the word out.”
